Lincoln students celebrated Arbor Day on Friday! 🌳 Taylor’s Way Lawn Care came to talk to Lincoln students about trees!!! We learned how trees help our planet, how to take care of them, and about the different varieties! Each student was given a tree to take home and plant! The trees are ready to go in the ground or can be kept in the fridge for up to a week until you able to plant them! Thank you Taylor’s Way! 💚

Third grade students have been learning all about recycling and the difference that each person can make on our world. In connection with this study, students developed incredible “Trash to Treasure” projects where they took recycled trash and turned it into useful and unique items. They also developed a visual presentation to present their projects to their peers. Finally, in honor of this project and Earth Day, third graders welcomed family and friends to tour their “Trash to Treasure” creations!♻️🌎 What an amazingly green and creative project! We are so thankful to all of the family and friends who were able to attend this amazing learning experience!
