Students in 7th and 8th grade participated in the annual Logan Junior High Spelling Bee on Thursday, January 30th. The 7th and 8th grade finalists won their classroom competitions, and competed head-to-head to crown the LJHS Champion.
We are pleased to report that 7th grader Matthew Yepsen is Logan's Spelling Bee Champion!
2nd place/runner up is 8th grader Eve Boggs.
Matthew advances to the Regional Spelling Bee at Augustana College on March 1st.
His champion word was symphony :)
